Profile - Attorney Mark A. Spence
Mark Spence is a native Floridian. He graduated from Wabash College in 1978 and Stetson University College of Law in 1981. He has maintained his practice in the New Port Richey area continuously since 1981. After many years as a general practitioner, Mr. Spence saw a need for a more personalized, less production line approach to the handling of Personal Injury, and Bankruptcy Law and over the past several years has emphasized those areas of practice.
Mr. Spence is a member of the Florida Bar, The American Trial Lawyers Association, The Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers, the Tampa Bay Bankruptcy Bar Association, The Allgood-Altman Inn Of Court and the West Pasco Bar Association. He is licensed to practice in the State of Florida and the United States District Court, Middle District of Florida. He is a Past President of the West Pasco Bar Association and presently a Trustee for the West Pasco Law Library.
In addition, Mr. Spence has been involved over the years in many local community activities. He is a past member and officer for the Seven Springs Rotary Club. He has served on the Board of Directors of Youth and Family Alternatives and Hospice of Pasco, Inc. Mr. Spence also served as President of Hospice of Pasco, Inc. for the years 1998 and 1999.
